Consent & Pleasure<\/b><\/p>\n
What does your pleasure need to feel welcome? What kind of atmosphere enables great sex or play? How does good communication work for YOU? How can you co-create consensual interactions? On a scale from totally non-verbal to talking a lot, where do you feel comfortable or where do you want to learn? How can you demand what you need? How can you provide a safe space for others to explore or yield? What makes you trust yourself and others? What kind of touch, talk, looks work for you? How much and what kind of connection feels good and how do we create it?<\/p>\n
I have some ideas and will lead you through exploration. But in the end, this workshop will be an opportunity to find your own pathways and explore more about what works for you personally. That\u2018s why we will work with the idea of \u201eingredients\u201c or \u201emosaic stones\u201c, that will give you more freedom in making conscious choices, rather than with me teaching you a \u201eright\u201c or \u201ewrong\u201c way. In this workshop, it can get sexy and\/or kinky, but it doesn\u2018t have to. You can always take breaks and you can always choose freely who you want to do exercises with. However, if you generally can\u2018t imagine doing exercises with somebody of your own gender, this workshop is not for you.<\/p>\n

Was braucht deine Lust, um sich zu zeigen? In welcher Atmosph\u00e4re entsteht gro\u00dfartiger Sex oder ein tolles Spiel? Wie funktioniert gute Kommunikation f\u00fcr DICH? Wie kannst du einvernehmliche Atmosph\u00e4ren (mit-)gestalten? Auf einer Skala von komplett non-verbal bis permanentem verbalen Austausch; wo f\u00fchlst du dich wohl oder wo willst du lernen? Wie kannst du einfordern, was du brauchst? Wie kannst du f\u00fcr andere einen sicheren Rahmen bieten, in dem sie forschen oder sich hingeben k\u00f6nnen? Was f\u00fchrt dazu, dass du dir selbst oder anderen vertraust? Welche Arten von Ber\u00fchrung, Reden, Blicken funktionieren f\u00fcr dich? Wie viel und welche Art von Verbindung f\u00fchlt sich gut an und wie k\u00f6nnen wir die herstellen?<\/p>\n
Dazu habe ich Ideen und werde euch durch eine Forschungsreise f\u00fchren. Letztendlich soll dieser Workshop aber dir die M\u00f6glichkeit geben, eigene Wege zu finden und mehr dar\u00fcber zu erfahren, was f\u00fcr dich pers\u00f6nlich funktioniert. Deswegen werden wir mit der Idee von \u201eMosaiksteinen\u201c oder \u201eZutaten\u201c arbeiten, die es dir erm\u00f6glichen, Begegnungen bewusster zu gestalten. Ich werde keinen \u201erichtigen\u201c Weg vermitteln. In diesem Workshop kann es sexy oder kinky werden, muss es aber nicht. Du kannst jederzeit w\u00e4hlen ob und mit wem du eine \u00dcbung machen m\u00f6chtest, falls du dir aber grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht vorstellen kannst, \u00dcbungen mit Menschen deines eigenen Geschlechts zu machen, ist der Workshop leider nicht f\u00fcr dich geeignet.
